VERY POOR SERVICE

I bought a PVC ceiling , *****s cornice and p/seal contractors acrylic at No1 Bravo Centre AZ Berman Drive in Mitchel's plain Cape Town. On Monday 18/12/2017 at 12:29:41 I paid for my goods. I asked the representative Sulaiman is her name, that when will I get my goods and she said the company policy says 2 to 3 days and it is written all over. I was expecting my good on the 21 as it was the 3rd day but I received nothing not even a phone call for explanation . Friday they called to tell me that the supplier doesn't have my design so I had to choose another one . They promise to deliver on the same day. As I was away I came home hoping to see my staff but there was no ceiling. My nephew and my sister in law waited the whole weekend but the staff were never delivered. Today I thought maybe they will deliver as it was the 9th day, no phone call no nothing. I decided to call them at 16h30 and I spoke to William who promised to find out and get back to me asap. I decide to call him again at 16:55 when I saw that they are going to close and no call for me. They decided not to pick up because they want to go home. When I told them that if my goods are not delivered today I will be there at 09:00 tomorrow and the guy just laughed. It is now 17:15 and nobody bothered to call in this very critical situation. They are so unprofessional, this guy even asked me that didn't they deliver to the wrong address, how can he asked me that , why do they take your contact number and your address if so, don't they check if the staff is delivered to the customer or not? What kind of business is this? I thought Buidit was better than this, I gave them too much credit. What I want now is my money I don't have time for these ******. What will their explanation be after 9days of quietness with my money in their pockets.
