Very bad service received

I went into Vermeulens Kimberley this morning (29/12/2017). I needed spare keys made but the service was appalling. Dylan was busy helping me and another employee came for something, I was ignored. He just started again and another employee came and he helped her again. He left me standing there. This type of customer service is unacceptable. I left the store and took my business somewhere else.
