Very Bad Customer Service

I am very upset with RS Build Springs It’s Service, This is not the first incident!

I order a pallet of cement twice from you guys and the first time my delivery was not made due to your driver being at the wrong place, you failed to phone me to notify and when I asked for Fork Lift driver, he was not sent, when I asked not to charge me for a pallet as I will return upon delivery, I had to beg for a credit note.

I ordered a Pallet of cement yesterday and asked Manager if he can make urgent delivery for Today, and he rep**** that he will make delivery, again failed to notify us.

When I phoned to follow up on my delivery and asked for the owner or someone higher than manager, the phone was put down in my ear.

I highly do not appreciate their customer service and was very rude, we have been loyal clients for years.

I am really considering to get another company to assist me with building material.
