Urgent

<p>We went to build it to exchange Umgubasi because it is not the one that we want,we didn't have a receipt and we asked it to be refunded because they also have the documentation,but Ashley and Annely they were very rude and very unprofessional both if them they were shouting the whole building and I'm very disappointed because I thought we were dealing with good people and I wouldn't even recommend build it to anyone for as long as they are there. And Annely made a mistake by sending sand instead of sending us cement and she was shouting and very annoyed and she even said we are going to pay for the delivery to my place because we were the one made a mistake. Of which I made sure because my mother sent me and I even said to Annely I'm sent by Mrs Dlova my mother she can as well confirm to her, I'm very not happy with the service I got there at Build it. With the hope that my request will receive your favorable consideration.</p>
