Unsatisfied and disappointed customer

I bought a geyser from them on Special, I haven't had it for 2 months already it's leaking and they telling me, that I got an 'unqualified plumber', where else they don't even provide us with a 'qualified plumber', to come help us with installations at a reasonable price or free of charge. Many people do not earn a lot of money and if this carries on, people will be spending a lot of money on unnecessary things because the important points on T & C are not highlighted. The warranty is now lost because our 'unqualified plumber' didn't install the pressure belt so we broke the geyser. What happened to quality guys? I have had a guy install a geyser for me without a pressure belt due to financial challenges and when I had the money I asked him to come and install it, and the geyser worked perfectly, it's still not leaking, and it has been 2 years. I expect that even when 'unqualified plumbers' touch products from Build IT, that they won't break and will work accordingly because I trusted the store clearly the one in Mabopane broke my trust and I won't be buying from there again.
