Unreliable and the worst building material

I bought building material at build it Soshanguve Bb mall 2021 I bought roof tiles, cement,Aluminum windows maxi bricks and front door Unfortunately last week the was wind and I am still shocked as it took the door outside and only realized that manufacturer used cheap material I never thought wil experience something like this I lodge complaint to Head office and it seems like I have been played They requested pictures and receipts, I have furnished them with everything Since Last week we're not safe as like we were sleeping outside

Hi Sefao, We acknowledge receipt of your complaints and want to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand your concerns and assure you that we are taking this seriously. Please note that according to Build it's returns policy, "Goods sold with an imp**** warranty of quality may be returned within six months of purchase, and the costs of returning the goods will be borne by Build it." As the door in question was purchased in 2021, it unfortunately falls outside the warranty period for a return based on quality issues. However, we have noted your dissatisfaction and regret for any inconvenience caused. Soshanguve has since discontinued their relationship with this supplier and no longer stocks this particular door. Nevertheless, we have requested Soshanguve to follow up with the supplier to investigate whether there is any existing warranty or guarantee on the door. Rest assured; we will contact you as soon as we receive feedback from the supplier. Your patience and understanding in this matter are greatly appreciated.
