Unprofessional and rude

29 November 2019 i went to build it to buy fascia boards mind you i had no idea what they were, i paid and i was given something that i did not pay for and i left thinking i have the correct things, i went home and the builder said i paid for the right things but i was given wrong thing and by that time they were closed 30 November 2019 early in the morning i went back and the first person to assist me said i should have checked before i left and i asked for the manager, i guy named Rennier came and i was told that they will change them and help with transport then after a few minutes another guy came and said that they dont have them and they will refund me, i then went back to Rennier and asked if the refund included transport because i had paid transport for nothing, he went to his manager and they spoke for a few minutes then he came back to me and said that i wont get transport instead i will get a discount next time, i know that they knew that those fascia boards are out of stock but they sold them to me anyway and in return i received bad service, i hope this does not happen to anyone else because it hurts.
