unhelpful uncaring Manager

worst customers services meted at me. Bought the material on 11/11/2021.Was promised will be delivered the same day late afternoon. Salesperson enquired from delivery manager called Eugene who promised material will be delivered. Well, nothing was delivered have o drive to the store to find out what is problem was, only to be told by the manager that i have been sold a lie no delivery will be done until Monday. The manager was unhelpful arguing with a salesperson in front of me exchanging words.I feel Built It needs to discipline people's concerns.
