unhappy Services!!!!

Good day

Please be advised that I am very unhappy with the services I Received at your store Build well Build It in Grassy Park

I Purchased a Kitchen Tape from your store which Sadly I need to Return it as it was the Incorrect one, I was unable to Return it in the 7 day Return Policy as I got very sick and could not come out.

I Explain to one of your Lady’s on Saturday the 13/01/2018 she then assisted me with what need to be done in order to get the Refund great Job done to her but then I made my way to the Cashier to then get my “Money” I thought was getting

The lady there never spoke a word to be about the fact that the Refund was Returned back onto my Card Nothing was said I was just given a Slip and when I looked up the Cashier was gone never explained anything to me about a waiting Period for money to Clear Nothing at all

I have been waiting since Saturday for the Funds and there still Nothing

I even had to go back to your store on Sunday to ask why the Funds was not available in my Account, it Costed me to Return the next day and then your staff didn’t even know what was going on.

It’s very Sad getting services like that it make me not even want to Recommend your Company to anyone else because if this kind of services one get with a simple matter like this then how is your Business able to even carry on and make Money

I have sent emails and Received No Responded

I am still waiting Received No Funds at all and don’t know what is going on as
