Unhappy consumers

To whom it may Concern I am very upset about the wack Customer service I received at the plett. I bought a bathtub and some other things I needed on Saturday the 4th of July cash early in the morning and delivery was promised for the same day, to cut a long story short the delivery never pitched and there was no communication from the hardware. On Monday mid morning only did the delivery come through and I told them I don't want the bathtub and was promised a refund on Tuesday morning I was at the store to pick up my Refund and apparently they did not have cash at that so I said it's fine they can send my money with the delivery truck the same day and that too never happened and there was no communication from their. This morning I called the hardware 3 times and there was no one who could assist only an old man that works by the delivery side took an annitiative to assist but Jason the guy that assisted me on the sales couldn't assist but was running around looking for a guy called Appels, the attitude that Appels has stinks real bad he didn't even acknowledge me a customer with a query he didn't even greet instead he shouted at me in front of his colleagues and at her customer's... I have never been treated this badly in store in my life, I am not whining coz I can but this has been an on going thing certain people get treated differently in that store it has happened to me many times and now I am sick and tire and want something done about the stinking attitudes of the guys working in the Build it Plettenberg Bay Branch and trust me I would never recommend nor spend my money again at that branch
