Unfriendly staff that dont know how to give customer service.

Worse place ever to buy your building material. Bull**** return policy, staff dont even wanna help they just say we dont take cement back and thats it, turn their backs and walk away. I bought tile adhesive at build it in Korsten port elizabeth. I obviously bought too many bags so i wanted to return 2 bags coz what the hell am i going to do with the extra i bought. There is no notice to say anything about that they do not take cement back not even the slip states that. Anyway i went to ctm to return stufd i got the best service ever from them, they said they take all their products back no hassle. So in future i will be doing all my shopping at CTM. Then again thats why CTM is the best all the way. How does 1 place that sells the exact same stuff not have a problem taking stuff back and the other have totally different rules. Make you wonder if their products are not old stock.
