Unfairly treatment from Build it Makhado

Good day would like to complain about Build it makhado, the service is very bad and they don't value customers, always bought materials there but when comes to delivery always a, problem and the delivery manager is very rude, now I bought some material they want to deliver before they confirm with me if there is someone who can recive my delivery, when. All the delivery manager he is very rude, I feel was not treated ok as customer now the delivery goes back because there was no one to recive it, I feel like was treated unfair as customer,.
