Unfair treatment , bad service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Build It Sekororo. The company failed to deliver on their promises, and their customer service has been unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite paying for delivery, the company charged me multiple times for separate deliveries, which were delayed due to their own inefficiencies. The delivery charges were excessive and unexplained, with some days incurring charges of R1,600 and others R1,500, without any prior notification or agreement.

When I requested a refund of R22,155.00, I was shocked to receive a payment of only R15,785.00, with no explanation or justification for the discrepancy. The company's communication has been poor, and they seem more interested in finding ways to deduct from my refund rather than resolving the issue.

I would not recommend Build It Sekororo to anyone. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unprofessional behavior have left a sour taste in my mouth. I will be taking my business elsewhere and reporting this experience to the relevant consumer protection agencies.
