Unfair service
I am so disappointed with Build IT in Vlakfontein. I purchased a few items from them on the 23rd, i threw away the receipt as i didn't think i will have to use it, i have 2 items that i did not use and they telling me that i cannot exchange them, they are still sealed in its original packaging. I mean i know the date and time i was there. This is really disappointing and unfair
