Unfair and very bad Customer service at Nqutu build it

I bought a sliding door for 2200 last year April and when the person who is building my house checks its he showed me that the sliding door is missing its frame and the handle, I got the slip and the sliding door is still sealed from the shop with the manufacturer sticker and the build it price with barcode. Took the sliding door to build it at Nqutu today for help with getting the frame and the handle or a possible swap but the lady who was very rude to me named Zodwa Hlongwane and her Store manager Andre rudely told me that they can't assist me with anything I requested. I was so shocked that after I've spent so much money at that store I can't get the assistance I needed.... I'm so so unhappy because they were claiming that the sliding door was issued out with the frame and the handle where's it wasn't I know for sure. I even asked that they must view their DRV footage just to cover themselves and what they were saying but the store manager Andrie kicked me out of the store, this is so unacceptable for such a big and well known building material store
