Poor service from the Store Manager, Jan! Absolute pathetic. I spent R50k of my hard earned money and I will not ever purchase at any Build it branch. Train that guy! He is very good at being rude. He delivers at his own time and when you ask for clarity he dismisses you and the no refund posters around the store makes you bare with this terrible experience. Absolutely appalling. No more.
