This store is a store that we always support. Yesterday 26th July we went into the store to buy our necessary items for delivery the next day 27th July. We explained the situation and was told that delivery will definitely be done today, so I made arrangements for my builder to start work this morning. This morning I went back to the store at 10am to purchase more items and was told that the truck will be at my home shortly. I ordered 20bags cement and they only had 11, I told them to send the 11 so my builder can start work as he is at my home waiting.

Well it's now 12:50 and still no delivery. I have made numerous calls to the head office and even the Kyalami Branch and stil no answer, eventually at the branch someone answered and I got transferred to dispatch department and spoke to the manager, who told me that my items are still at the store and they waiting for a truck to come back so they can do the delivery. The manager told me we was no explained properly that delivery takes 2 to 3 days.

So now I'm sitting with a builder to pay for the day, yet there's no work, thanks to the incompetence and misinformation by staff at Kyalami Build It, and the Head Office is yet to answer the phone.

Sometimes cheaper isn't better, more headaches
