Terrible Service At KwaMashu BuildIT

We bought a building material at BuildIT KwaMashu in January. We advised them to start delivering in March. They did deliver 1/4 of my material after a long struggle. I'm really fed up now, we keep phoning them and today they said the driver who delivered the material left the original invoice copies and can't deliver the rest of the material. The driver never left the invoices, I suspect that they stole my material. The blocks were scattered all over and I had to get someone to arrange them and I paid that person R500. We bought 0ver 2500 blocks and they only delivered 1000. How can store not have a copy of the last material that was delivered. I need my material delivered, this is a very pathetic service.
