Terrible service

I ordered a Jojo dog kennel on the 23rd September. The consultant advised me that he will place the order and he is waiting for delivery the following Friday. I paid for it . So out of pocket for something I don't have already. The following Friday arrives .. so waiting for a phone call which never happened I called. I spoke to the same consultant which told me but I told you you will have to wait. I asked him that seeing he isn't going to phone Jojo that I will phone and follow up. I phoned .. not knowing they need an order number.. having to phone Build it again.. leave a message for him to phone me .. no one phones me back. Eventually 230 I phone .. He was there but never bothered to contact me back. I told him that I was not happy with the level of service I have received thus far and all I want is the kennel. Anyways.. I got hold of JOJO told me delivery will take place he 6th October.. The following Friday. Now it's 1pm.. no phone call. I phone and ask for him.. told me that he had asked the despatch lady to call me which never happened. I said I would try and make a plan to collect. After discussing with my husband we decided to do delivery. I phoned back and spoke to another consultant as the person I dealt with was not avaliable. I paid for delivery.. sent proof of payment and confirmed for 5pm. I got home between 1630 and 1640. . Waiting for delivery .. phoned the consultant and asked if they received the payment.. said yes they emailed back asking I'd they could come 10minutes earlier.. I told him that I was home waiting. 1800 comes and still nothing. I phone again.. The guy left for home.. The lady tells me that they delivered but I wasn't home.. I told her that it was a nonsense story as I have been home since 1630. . She then told me they will deliver first thing... It is now 811 Saturday morning. .. no phone call... nothing.. I am so annoyed with this place. I have spent so much airtime on following up on what hey should have been doing in the first place. I will never deal or set foot there! They truly now nothing about customer service!
