Terrible delivery personnel

I've never been so disrespected by the guys delivering bricks at my family home this afternoon. I was tasked with informing them where to deliver the bricks but when I was trying to convey the message to the delivery guys, I was met with hostility and quiet alot of push back with no real explanation besides the fact that it's Friday and they want to knock off. It was 14:40 when they arrived and proceeded to argue with me for a steady 30 minutes before entering the yard, even after they entered they proceeded to argue with me further until my father arrived. Safe to say that they're customer service was terrible and I hope I will not have to deal with them again.
