Terrible Customer Service

<p>I have been to the Vryheid (KZN) Build-It a couple times but only as a last resort as the customer service is horrific. None of the staff assist you EVEN if you ask them - they usually ignore you and carry on loafing around. Once in a blue moon will you get a pleasant staff member who will help you. I get so bleak when none of the other hardware stores have what I want and I have to go here. </p>
