Terrible Customer Service

<p>I am totally appauled with the way I have been treated at the Build it in Hibbedene. I ordered cement blocks to a total of R34000 and when they were delivered, were the incorrect quality as the ones I had asked for. I then went into the store to enquire and was told that to get the standard I had wanted, I needed to add R2.10 for each block on top of the money I had paid. Because I had seen this quality elsewhere, I then asked for my money back because I was not getting what i wanted. The supposed refund was processed last Tuesday, 13th June 2017. I then called on Thursday and was told that the money was in LIMBO. I called again today and was told I should check with my bank. The most unpleasant part of all of this is the attitude that the staff has shown to me. I had to constantly remind Rossa that I am still a client and do not appreciate her tone. I would like to know what is happening with my money as well as a written apology of the way that I have been treated.</p>
