Terrible Customer Service

Worst service ever!! We bought a geyser from them Kwikot and it is not very old and is still under warranty. We logged a claim via Build-It Melmoth and from Tuesday (2023.02.14) till today there has been no service provider come to replace the geyser. I have had to call and chase up this claim. They assigned service providers that don't bother to call and make appointments (Class A Plumbers). I had to call and ask when they are coming and they maybe will come out next week. This is shocking. Build it doesn't even bother to help provide a service for the products they sell.
