Terrible

Good day I have purchased products from them i also staff So it means im working for them But when i come in and want to return my stock that didnt even toke from them My invoice wasnt on the system And i did ask if they could fix it they said yes And im still waiting for my money back So which it means that i didnt received stock that i didnt toke is there anything i can do
