To whom it may concern

On the 1st of November 2024, we purchased tiles and aluminum windows to the value of R14 313. 63 including delivery to Knysna.

I can't recall the salesman's name but he was helpful, on the quote for the bathroom window we requested the obscure design not the normal design and it was confirmed that we purchasing the obscure.From our discussion with the salesman we purchased the obscure which they did not have in store and we made arrangement that we will wait till they order from the supplier and the delivery will be done once everything is available.

To my surprise this morning when the delivery van, came to offload the goods the two windows that we specially requested to be obscure were not in the delivery something else was being delivered.

I contacted the office to quiry or alert them about the delivery for the two windows that was wrong, after waiting for 24days for our order (it was wrong, apparently the salesman did not amend the invoice) Now they are expecting us to pay for the difference but on our understanding we were informed the obscure were pricey but everything will be given under discount. We still agreed to pay for them and wait that period of 2 weeks. Now they want us to pay for the mistake was done by them. I feel it's only fair for us to be compensate us for waiting three weeks of nothing.
