Structural Damage by Accident on Joe Signs structure

This is an email that my manager sent, I just want Build it head quarters to have an idea on what is happening with the insurance company they handed Joe Signs over to. With something that was not Joe Signs fault it's their bakkie that knocked down our structure and our customer is giving Joe Signs hustle for not fixing their structure they leased to advertise on from Joe Signs to its original state as they signed the contract to Joe Signs for the structure to be always maintained and in good condition.

Following our telephone conversation on Friday 20/06/2025, you(Nadine) mentioned a further 10 day delay in finalising the claim and that is unacceptable to Joe Signs because on our initial correspondence with Quest Claims only 45 business days turnaround time was stipulated for the matter to be finalized after all requested documents have been received and acknowledged by the insurer. This has gone on long enough since the accident in which your insured (Build IT Butterworth) knocked down Joe Signs structure at Merriman street on 15 December 2024. Thereafter Joe Signs contacted Build IT Butterworth manager Luvo Dyani who admitted guilt and told Zukiswa the manager of Joe Signs that Build IT Butterworth is going to pay for all damages through Build IT Butterworth insurers.

Joe Signs comp**** with all insurers requirements. Now Joe Signs is surprised to be told that the claim has only been sent for authorisation yesterday Friday 20/06/2025 which is the date Joe Signs expected everything to be settled and payment to be reflected in Joe Signs account. It looks like there are some delaying tactics here, because Joe Signs was not even given feedback after 15 days on progress of the claim as Nonhlanhla mentioned that will happen. Joe Signs is only told of the 10 days further delay when Zukiswa the manager of Joe Signs called on Friday 20th June 2025.

At this stage Joe Signs expects finalisation of the matter by next week starting on Monday the 23rd June 2025 to the 27th June 2025 and to see payment reflected in Joe Signs account which is provided on the quotation Joe Signs sent to Build IT Butterworth and the insurance company handling Build IT Butterworth claim from Joe Signs regarding the structure knocked down by a Build IT Butterworth bakkie on Merriman street Butterworth.

Failure to make payment as Joe Signs comp**** with all the insurers requirements that was provided to Joe Signs to abide by for the claim to be finalized in which the number of days (45 days) was stipulated by the insurance company for everything to be settled and finished. With due respect if the payment is not done within the number of days suggested Joe Signs will have to resort to taking further legal action to recover the amount, Build IT Butterworth and its insurance companies will be responsible for any legal costs endorsed by Joe Signs after the judgement has been settled in the court of law.
