Stop loan

I have opned up an loan at build it under the assumption and guidance by the person who asisted me thinking it an account however it was a loan...after leaning this I then made the decision to decrease the loan amount which is very possible....I have filled in the necessary documentation its been just over 2 weeks ...I go to the store as well as call and no one is assisting me they just give me the run around...on the 9th of November I went into the store only to have the owner scream regarding my request....I need assistance urgently please Nirvashnee ***
