Staff Member smoking in the store

I went to Build It in Dondonalt in Mpumalanga on 22 of September and a lady whom I assume is a manager/supervisor was smoking in the store in front of customers and staff members. When I asked her to switch off the cigarette she refused and ignored me. I asked the cashiers who she was smoking next to if this was the norm and they said yes and the smoke was affecting them.

I confronted this lady again about smoking in a public place and she told me that she will not listen to me and she carried on smoking. As a customer I am disgusted in this behavior and after writing an email to Build-It on the 22nd of September about this incident I have had no response. I feel sorry for the non-smoking staff members and customers who have to succumb themselves to this disgusting behavior and are not aware of the harm that the cigarette smoke can cause to their health or they fear losing their jobs if they confronted this lady.
