Shopping experience of a life time - friendly personnel

This is really an honor to write this review.

I arrived at Build it Bela Bela before 7 on Saturday morning. To be exact 06h40. The shop was still closed so I entered the gate for the parking lot. a Gentleman approached me and asked if I would like to get out of my vehicle to which I responded "that will be nice". He asked me to be patient just a while, he need to go and put the dogs in their kennels. I agreed and waited.

The personnel of Bela Bela Build it arrived for work, all neatly dressed and friendly. a Little before 07h00 the doors opened and as I walked into the shops doors, I was greeted and immediately assisted. My wife joined me in the shop after I secured the vehicle ( We come from Secunda).

The items were chosen and we were even assisted in the payment phase of the process. This was really a shopping experience of a lifetime. The delivery of the items ( cement, doorframes, window frames and lintels) would only take place first thing on Monday. I was happy about it and after paying, we saw that the gentlemen that greeted us earlier was the store manager.

We left the store and went to our farm. On our way we received a phone call and it was Build it to confirm that my delivery would take place the same day (Saturday 5th October 2019)

Delivery took place, a couple of minutes after we arrived on the farm. I was very glad for this effort. This was a true shopping experience and i would like to thank all the people involved . Gustav, Sam and
