Shop's poor ventalation/ no aircon work

<p>I really not convenient to shop at Build it Steelpoort. Not once in 2016 did their aircons work. Not once. The shop is always hot. The customers must stand in long rows because there is only 2 tills with only one person behind the till the other one is open... and while you stand and wait the sweat drips of from you. If I stand outside to pay they say I must go in to pay and after I stood in a long row they told me I must pay outside because their card machine inside does not work. This shop is very unorganised and the manager of the shop does not know how to manage it. </p>
