Shocking service from build it chamdor in krugersdorp

I went to build it chamdor in krugersdorp to cut mirror for my car. I received horrible service, I got there around 17h13 they were about to close they close at 17h30. First they told me that I need to bring measurements in order for them to cut mirror for me after disputing that they send me to the guy who cut glasses. He said to me the don’t have machine to cut Glas he will have to cut it without machine but it will take time I need to come 45 minutes before knock off time. I asked to speak to the manager they couldn’t direct me as well. What ****ed me off is that other staff were busy saying less go guys there is no customers right while I’m in store. I think this guys need to be trained on how to handle customers. The guys even refuse to give me his name, he says I must just ask for the guy who cut glass when I return
