Tried to buy a rubber seal for our dual flush toilet which doesn't seal correctly after flushing and they said the rubber seals are not sold loose and I will have to buy the e entire dual flush unit. They don't tell you that when they sold it to us many years ago and also add to the destruction of our planet with the plastic waste created. **************** and not very green conscience.

Hi Paul, Please send the details of when the toilet unit was purchased and if purchased from Gansbaai Build it – please send the proof of purchase so that I may check if there is a warranty or guarantee on the toilet unit.
