The lady security was rude and unprofessional to my dad. So we get there to buy a replacement for our borehole pump. Dad ask if he can go into the shop. The security ignores us and walks to the other direction, so we went in anyway, we were between the isles shopping for the new one when she then decided to call us back for a sticker to mark the old one. We go back and tell her that is not acceptable considering that we initially spoke to her and she ignored us and she started shouting at us. I shouted back to which she got angry and told us we were over fami**** with her.

On our way out she screams at me again. At this point, I was just to annoyed to report the incident but Buildit management needs to do better with regards to who they hire to represent them.
