Rude staff at build it tsakane square ext 11

I went to build tsakane Square, ext 11 i received a bad service, we went rounded the floor no one to help us we went to the counter, to ask for assistance o was given very rude attitude i was told to pay on the next window when i got there, the cashier asks the number i tell her, she then rudely tell me to go back to that reception and verify my number then she laugh at i ended up leaving the store im there to pay with my money pls train your staff with customer service i will take it further if i have resolved this.
