Rude and unprofessional staff at Build it Fochville

I am very unhappy about with the service rendered Build it Fochville branch we had a delivery which was delivered with a vehicle with the following registration: JB90FP GP. The male driver who came to deliver (refused to identify himself) the 2 pallets of bricks at 14h00 with two assistants refused to offload these inside the yard but instead wanted these to be offloaded outside the yard where safety is not guaranteed. We had to use our own builder and assistants to offload the bricks because the job had to continue, this is totally unacceptable.

We called Built it Office in Fochville to report our dissatisfaction but to no avail as the person we spoke to could not address the problem at hand and identified this driver as Petrus.
