Rude and Truly disheartening

At first I was shouted at for calling in an enquiring about this matter because nobody would ever contact me , but because I paid in full and they still had my material meaning I am at a loss, I decided to humble myself , I was told to make an additional payment of +R1300 which I made because they promised to send the material after the Easter Holidays , For the past 2 months have been given the run around sent from pillar to post , I am still waiting for my material , they refuse to deliver to the correct address . The manager never has any feedback , I have never received an SMS, email or call from him regarding My matter . I have had to make numerous trips to the store , many calls as well and now the Accounting Dept refuses to assist to confirm that the store has never sent me any material, so I’m told to continue waiting . I need to BEG for things I have already paid for at the BuildIt in Eldorado park . I just want my material .
