Ridiculous service

I requested for a quote on some building material and upon agreement paid in cash. I requested that the material be delivered today early since this was not possible yesterday due to shortage of drivers (which is not my problem). Today my deliver that was due at 11 moved to 14h30 and my builders had to sit and do nothing for the whole day and have to pay for today when nothing was done! Dawn calls around 10h30 to tell me that the wheelbarrow is out of stock and will refund me my money! Had to throw a BF for them to keep the cash because it's not going to d me any good if the builders cannot mix, I want a wheelbarrow!<br> The weather is not so good either and have to start work tomorrow only. Then one of the guys has the gall to say they have pushed my order within 24hrs and had a lot of other order to do as if they have done me a favour! I paid and I expect a service, that's it!
