Return of Goods

Bought a door yesterday by Build it Belhar drive and return it today. I’m told that they don’t do “returns of good bought in good condition”. I find that very and extremely appalling as I was I not advised of such. Came to their branch and I spoke to a very rude, inconsiderate Charlotte whom didn’t even give a damn about what I had to say the reasons behind me returning the door. The entire stuff is ******** and doesn’t give clients any proper service. Charlotte further said I can escalate to whomever but they not bothered and I will not return the door nor get what I want.
