Refusal to refund material incorrectly supp****

<p>On the 3rd of February I ordered 40 hardwood z braced meranti doors at Build It Pinetown and paid R27996.00. When I arrived on Friday last week to collect the doors I discovered that these were incorrect and were different to the advert on their brochure. They advised me that the doors I was looking for were much more than the ones they were ones they were now trying to supply me. I then requested that they refund my money. I left my banking details with the manager and he advised me that they would deposit the money tomorrow. The next day afternoon no money was deposited, I then called them to enquire. I was told that the manager was not at work that day so they asked me send an email with my banking details. I sent it as directed but when I made a follow up today, I was told again that I had to send a confirmation letter from the bank. I sent them my bank statement once again and they later told me that is not sufficient. This is madness clearly these people do not want to refund my money. I am now being told that money is going to be refunded by Spar Head Office in Johannesburg and this may be done some time next week when I need to pay for the doors today from another supplier.</p>
