Refund resolved quickly
Quick response and resolution, I complained on the 22April 2023 about refund at built it bronkhorstspruit and the experience I encountered at the store with African lady, I can say that when I called the store they really did help me..... It didn't end there Tamara from head office called as well and assured me that she will follow up on the issues, of which she did and I am happy that to say that I got my refund within 3 days, I am so happy and appreciate your efforts team build it head office(Tamara) and bronkhorstspruit in fixing my issue.
