refund for jojo tank and delivery

i am unhappy with the service i got at Build It Letaba 05/05/2017, i bought a Jojo tank and paid for delivery. i was assisted by a guy called Samson, when i initially asked for a refund he requested documents (my bank statement and proof of payment) which i provided. I asked him how many working days would it take for the refund to be processed he informed me that it would take one day latest. he has since informed that they cannot process my refund as the font pay or process large amount, what he could do is open an account for me. i am not interested in an account i want my money back.
