****** manager Jakoo from Build it and rude

I bought building material with spouse on the 26 of October 2019 only to find that some of the material was not available which we had to wait for the stock to arrive, we waited until yesterday when I was making a follow up checking whether the stock has arrived which I was lucky to hear that its on the way. I spoke to the manager whom they call Jakoo surname unknown and he did change the tone for me when I explained to him that we were there on Saturday the 2nd of November 2019 checking whether our material has arrived and the answer was no probably it will arrive Monday or yesterday and he said to me it has arrived and I told him that do you remember on Saturday you shaked hands with my spouse and told us that we will have a free delivery for all our material because we waited patiently, but on our telephone conversation yesterday he changed the statement and told me that he does not remember did we buy with an account and I responded no it was cash and we also bought another material on Saturday the 2nd and we were advised to leave it there also it will be one delivery, but all of a sudden things changed he communicated with my spouse telling him that thins will be delivered only to find that not all of the things were going to be delivered as promised. My spouse told the delivery guys when they told him that they were going to deliver that nope the material is short and I need to speak to your manager, when he get there the manger was out and he waited when he came in my spouse tried to explain but he did not want to listen and started to change some words and being rude to my spouse until my spouse requested a refund. Which we were not happy about the service and I am asking people out to see whyat kind of a manager Jakoo is because you could see also the employees are afraid of him they could barely explain to him what happened when we start to buy the material and I also want justice to be served to this kind of manager he showed us that he is ****** please comment on my complain we can not let such thing happen and people get away with rudeness.
