Putrid Customer Service

My husband and I went to the Bothasig store yesterday to buy paint. Firstly Derrick messed up 2 5L paints and then he tells us he has no more base coat after waiting almost one hour for him to mix the first 2. He then tells us \Go speak to one of the managers somewhere in the front\". There were no managers on the floor so we spoke to Steven who we thought could assist us. He tells us that \"we\" cant do anything about it so we said thanks and turned to leave. He then had the audacity to say \"yeah **** off\" - OMG is this how he was brought up and is this the level of staff hired here. It was totally uncalled for and in my opinion ******. Steven needs to wake up from his \"apartheid dream\" as this is the new RSA or he can move to another country. Very disappointed at the quality of service received and we had to purchase our products at another Build It store - totally inconvenient!!!! This requires disciplinary action asap else I will take this matter further about this ****** store as he should not have been vulgar to a customer as well as in the workplace. its shocking how people degrade themselves with their bad attitude and foul mouth. DISGUSTED!!!!!! ****** AT ITS WORST!!!!!!"
