Promises that can be kept.. poor customer service

<p>I purchased an aluminum window from Build It in Bothas Hill but was not able to take it at the time. It was on special and i asked when paying what happens if you run out of stock. Well the answer was 'we will get one for you, not a problem'. What a lot of hog wash, they ran out of stock and now insist i take another make, and in my mind not the same quality. As a promise to the customer they should honor their promise. From this experience i will NEVER out of principle shop there again and will never reccommend them to a collegue.</p>
