Poor workmanship

I bought and fully paid my building material at Rondebuilt Build-It. But when it comes to delivering they kept on giving me plenty excuses. To make matters worse they dropped my bricks (not the amount we agreed on) on the road and there are plenty broken ones. This after I physically visited the store (around 14H00) and found out that they mixed deliveries. By the way on the phone they said they will deliver by 12H30. Also they mentioned that the truck is broken, is that my problem? Drivers on lunch, etc...I will never use Build it again... ANDIZI!!!
