Poor, terrible, disgusting

I'm very disappointed by the treatment, customer service and the service we recieved at Build it Eldorado Park. Firstly we bought material worth R24k but had to go and complain about not receiving bricks which they said they delivered and we stole the bricks, secondly we bought 64 cement and only got 44 when we called for explanation we were told that it was also delivered but we never recieved the 20 it took us 4 months to get everything we ordered what kind of service are given to customers? We get spoken to as if they doing us a favor there are so many building material companies but we thought Build it is professional I totally disagree. This can't be the first time they don't deliver what customers order because they confused their systems are horrible the customer experience is not what I expected I felt like a child at once because of how I was spoken to, I am so disgusted I downloaded hello Peter just to warn people, I will never go back I will pay twice the money if necessary.
