Poor service delivery

I'm so annoyed with Build It at Mdantsane store and thier poor service delivery. I ordered material on the 5th of June 2020 and the material is still not delivered and it's the 9th today. When I called them, the person who answered the phone told me that the manager isn't in store so I should come to the store. What madness is that? Why take people's money when you know you won't deliver????
