Poor Service Build it Ga-rankuwa

I am very disappointed with build it Ga-rankuwa, I went during the week bought a toilet set I paid for the transport, when they delivered the toilet set was not matching. I went back to the same store today and told them my problem and that I cannot pay for the transportation again for the mistake they made... the representative told me to my face that he will never pay for transport and will not even Apologies for the mistake he made.. The guy manager ignored my complained and continued with his business as if nothing was happening. I'm really not happy with buid it Ga-rankuwa service.
