POOR SERVICE AT BUILDIT DTM ACTONVILLE LIVERPOOL ROAD

I bought a garage door on 22 March 2025 at Build IT DTM on Liverpool Road. same day I collected, only to find that it was the incorrect size. it was their normal size (INV473692). we went back on the 29 March to ask if they have the measurements we want (2550wx210H). we gave them the slip, and they advised that they order the right size and call me on Monday 31 March. they never called. I called them on Tuesday no answer. then i eventually went back 05 April 2025 and found out they did not order. so, they placed a new order (INV477488) and told me " I MUST NOT RETURN THE WRONG GARAGE DOOR, THEY WILL DO AN EXCHANGE ONCE THE CORRECT GARAGE DOOR HAS ARRIVED". they said the garage door will arrive it 2 weeks. it has been A WHOLE MONTH, i went to check on 3 May 2025 because they **** and say they will call and never ever call!!!!! on 06 May 2025 when i whatsapped one of their staff they said it will take another week BECAUSE THE FACTORY WILL NOT STOP ITS PRODUCTION TO MAKE MY DOOR...THAT TELLS ME THAT THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR 1 CUSTOMER, THEY WONT TRY TO EXPERDITE THE DELIVERY AND THEY DO NOT CARE HOW I FEEL AS A CUSTOMER.
