Poor service and rude people who offloaded the blocks

Good evening Iwould like to write a complaint as unsatisfied customer ipaid a huge amount to build it in Motherwell idid not get any phone call that says they are coming to deliver just to inform me there was a child in the yard no one knows if they deliver the correct number, they blocked the access the blocks are in the gate theres a big space infront my daughter informed Derrick theres a car that is going to pack here the guy said they cant do anything idid not sign any document that bind me to anything there was a lot of places that offered me with quotes fix the mess or give me my money back so that ican go and buy somewhere elve where iwill be valued as a customer.after they took my money they donf care about me.this is poor service my car is packed out side the gate in the streets theres a lot of space but they decided to block with the blocks anything can happen to my car. Can you fix the mess or il come and collect my money.iwas not informed about the Shukuma people iwas expecting Buildit, they left a document that is written Shukuma bricks.
